"Although I rely on powerful imaging equipment and sophisticated data processing to some extent, my concern is for your health and well-being. I'm a doctor who cares that you get the tests you need, an accurate diagnosis and rapid results. What I do is certainly technical. But I know that compassion truly sets the stage for excellent medical care."

Motivated to make a difference in your life.

"When I was in medical school, I found radiology to be both interesting and compelling.  It was the kind of medicine I wanted to practice. I discovered that I was motivated by the ability to 'see' into the human body and, in particular, by how I could help other doctors give their patients the best care possible through accurate diagnosis. At its most basic level, I loved that I could make a real difference in people's lives."

Working for your best health.

"I'm the sort of person who is geared for problem-solving, and that's a good fit for diagnostic radiology. But I never forget that the problem I'm solving affects a real person, an individual with feelings, dreams and the goal of being healthy. I'm always thinking about the individual, what their health problems mean to them, and how I can help their doctors refine their diagnosis and give them the right treatment."

Everybody that comes to The Imaging Center has a specific condition about which they are concerned.  It is my job to find that condition and to develop a meaningful medical diagnosis, so that your doctor may develop a treatment plan. While there are a few exams that are negative, I know that there is always a problem, even if I cannot see it on that particular exam.  For these reasons, there are many ways a radiologist can see into a patient. Yogi Berra said, “You can see a lot if you look”.  This is a good motto for the Radiologist; however, the Radiologist must be willing to look.  I love to look, that is why I became a Radiologist.

All the while, I realize that each exam represents a person.  That is why the staff at The Imaging Center is specially trained to conduct themselves in a courteous manner and provide empathy, support and reassurance, as well as, guidance and expertise, during your exam.  I have been the Medical Director at The Imaging Center for many years, allowing time to develop this excellent staff.  You will not find a better staff anywhere.  Many of our talents are hidden, which is the way that we want it.  Our goal is to provide quick
, accurate medicine, in a comfortable environment, while supplying the best service to the patient and the best diagnosis to your doctor.  So that is why we say, Let US take a look.
