Focused care for
women...by women.
Our all-female staff and technologists will treat you with warmth and
understanding, and we’ll take the time to listen to you and answer
all your questions. Whatever you need to feel comfortable — whether
it’s explaining your procedure or simply giving you the emotional
support you need — we’re here for you.
Unique diagnostic
care for your unique needs.
As a woman, your healthcare needs are unique. Your anatomy is different
from that of men. Your body chemistry is different, too. And your
sensitivities are different. At The Imaging Center, we keep all of this in
mind so you can get the care you really need.
Let us take a Look!

Special measures
you’ll appreciate.
We want you to have the warmth and caring you deserve. That’s why our
“exam attire” are comfortable terry-cloth robes. We have
private waiting rooms with direct access to our deluxe mammography suites.
We have private dressing rooms to store your clothes and belongings during
your visit and exam. Plus, you'll feel confident in your personal access to
a trained, certified technologist who will answer your questions, guide
your care, and keep you comfortable.
And, of course, our friendly staff of women will treat you with the same
caring and compassion they would give the women in their own families,
because you deserve it.

Mammography...Leading the way in comfort and accuracy in the fight against
breast cancer.
The key to surviving breast cancer is to detect it as early as possible.
And we’re doing our part. Our mammography technologists are not
merely women, they’re each specially certified by the American College of Radiology to perform
mammography for optimal accuracy. In fact, we're the first team in Lawton to make this
commitment.
We’re also the first area radiologists to evaluate mammography
results using computer-aided detection technology, which can improve breast
cancer detection by as much as 20%. Our technologists may also use breast
ultrasound equipment to conduct the most complete exam for your situation.
For your comfort, our mammography units compress from below rather than
from the top. We also use special soft “mammo pads” designed to
make your exam comfortable...and our patients have come to appreciate this.

Helping you detect
and avoid osteoporosis.
As a woman, you’re four times more likely to develop osteoporosis
than a man, and you may be one of the estimated 28 million women who
already have low bone mass.
At The Imaging Center, we use
the gold standard in osteoporosis detection, known as DEXA scanning, which
measures your bones’ density.
Our goal is to detect potential low
bone mass before you develop this silent, but reversible disease.

4D Ultrasound
The
Imaging Center now offers 4D ultrasounds for
expectant parents! We use brand new, cutting-edge, 4D
ultrasound technology to bring images of your unborn baby to life. You can
actually see what your baby is going to look like before he or
she is born! The movements of your unborn
baby inside the womb can be seen with clarity that is
difficult or impossible to achieve with typical ultrasound scanning. With 4D ultrasound scanning,
you'll see your baby in a way you never thought possible. From a yawn, to a
cry, to outstretched hands, even sucking their thumb. You can now put a "face
to the name" sooner than ever before!

Ultrasound
Our
high-resolution ultrasound exam is a safe and fast way to screen for
certain problems in many different structures, including the liver,
gallbladder, kidneys, thyroid gland, breasts, and more. Ultrasound is also
the safest and best way to evaluate a pregnancy.
